Ordering Procedure

You can order direct from our web-based catalogue, specifying the size you want, and the colour where choices are available. If you are not a standard size, you can complete a size chart.

If on the other hand you have seen something you like in a magazine or on the internet, you can send a picture and ask us to make something similar. If the picture is stored electronically, you can e-mail it to us. Otherwise cut it out from your magazine and post it to us. (Remember to tell us if you want the original returned.)

We will let you know, by post or e-mail, whether we can do what you want, and quoting a price. If this is acceptable, we will ask you to confirm and pay for your order.

While every effort has been made to ensure that the photographs on our website are a true representation of our garments, please be aware that slight colour variations can arise due to the nature of the technology. Also, the size of designs may vary slightly from the photograph to the finished garment. If in doubt, please ask us for more information when you place your order.
Payment

Orders made from our web site will take Visa, Master Card or Debit Card payments using the secure PayPal service.

If you prefer, you may order and pay through the post. Payment must be made by cheque (in Pounds Sterling) made payable to Mapa Services. Please write your Cheque Guarantee Card number on the back of the cheque. Cash should never be sent through the post, except by Special Delivery.
Delivery

UK orders: we use Royal Mail Special Delivery, which means that goods can be tracked during their journey, and your signature is required on delivery.

Overseas orders: these are sent by Airmail, using the Airsure service. A Customs Declaration will always be attached to the outside of the parcel, goods being described as ’clothes’ or ‘accessories’ as appropriate, with their approximate value in £s.

For all orders, postage costs depend on the weight and value of the order.
- Please allow up to 28 - 36working days for your delivery. Delivery date will be confirmed on receipt of payment.
Returns

As all our orders are made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the garment is faulty or incorrectly customized. Before ordering, please make sure you have ordered the correct size of garment. Products showing wear, abuse or alteration cannot be accepted back even if returned within the 14 day period.

If an items is faulty you may return it up to 14 days from the date of delivery. If possible, use the original packaging and send a copy of the invoice.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund your delivery costs. Please make sure you have proof of postage; we recommend that you use Special, or at least Recorded, Delivery if returning from within the UK.
Confidentiality

Your personal details are only used by us to process your order. We never give or sell our customer details to other organizations.

You will be invoiced by ‘Mapa Services’, and goods and letters are despatched with Mapa’s name and address on the outside.
